When playing as Aegon the conqueror I can't name my children at birth and I tried with Jaehaerys but I can't either while it works with other characters and only seems to be a issue with the targeryens or maybe the iron throne
I have tried to fix it by removing all submods but it does not fox the issue

There is a new mechanics. You need to right click and use "rename character" option or something like that.

I have no option to rename the children and it works normally for any other ruler except targeryens

I uninstalled and reinstalled the mod and now there is no issue and I can use the rename feature

The not being able to name your kids on birth as the Targaryens, im quite sure is a vanilla issue as even in vanilla, if i am using divine marriage, i cant name my kids on birth but every time im not in a divine marriage i get the option to name them as always.

Can confirm, this may be Vanilla. In either Vanilla or AGOT I can name children from one of my characters but upon dying and becoming my heir, sometimes my heir will be unable to name their child. |
