So, I want to tame a Dragon, and I know there are different factors that go into if one is successful or not. Such as Culture, religion, strong, and being a child of incest.
So, my question is, what are the factors that go into Dragon Taming, How can I Turn Culture/Religion, and what are some of the Restrictions on Culture/religion Conversion?

Heritage focus for turning culture, though you cannot become high valyrian, cant remember if a sub mod or the main mod makes it so having a high valyrian parent of changes this but think it's a sub mod. However, on some cases(Such as HV) just having the ethnicity(Graphical culture) of HV even if not the official culture is just as effective, so genetics matter. Being of a dynasty like targaryens helps, as well as having a dragon rider relative. I think dragon lore may help but that can be tricky to acquire. A lot of traits affect it but those are mostly listed, rhollor and valyrian faith I believe affect it, and various events and decisions can allow flipping to them. If the dragon is in a dragon pit improves taming chance and prevents escape if you fail normally.
Other than that think restriction is mostly just can't become HV culture primarily, though sometimes flipping religion can be tricky. But just get some targaryen genes in you and you'll be fine culture wise.
