Is this mod dead? I Haven't seen a update in forever? Holy Fury just came out so in order to make the mod compatible they need time to update the mod, also they are adding a bunch of new features in so it'll take time and you need to be patient

Has an estimation been made regarding the time they'll need for the update? I am pretty hyped and don't know a thing about modding, so I don't know whether it could come out soon or if it'll probably take a few months or so.

From what I've heard from other modders working on overhauls I'd expect it to be at least another month, if not two or even possibly more. It really does depend though on how large and active the team is (I honestly don't know) and whether they're mostly just trying to get a couple of the key new features in and make everything compatible, or do bigger overhauls utilizing those new systems. From what I understand they're not integrating the Fire and Blood stuff yet (so not changing characters/relationships/dyansties/war based on that etc) and leaving that for a further patch. The only things they confirmed for this patch were to make it compatible and add bloodlines. The things they said were likely were Warrior lodges, sway/antagonise, coronations, custom names and kill lists. Hopefully in the future they also add stuff like reformation and a few of the other mechanics.

Small fix for the next one. If you start in the Blackfyre rebellion bookmark (or after the Targaryens win but around then), Maekar is married to Dyanna Dayne who is the eldest child of Lord Dayne. While she is inherited, her kids by Maekar are not, making Daeron the Drunken the heir to Starfall. An easy fix is just making her a younger child, not the eldest child.

I might be wrong but there is no proof that Stone Dornish houses (such as Dayne and Yronwood) really practice Dornish law concerning inheritance IIC. I think the easiest fix would be not to disinherit Dyanna but to simply change the laws in the High Lordship from True Cognatic to Agnatic-Cognatic.

Clarisse Dayne was the Lady of Starfall when Maegor was King

That doesn't necessarily indicate true cognatic succession. Under normal Westerosi succession customs a daughter is ahead of the uncle in the line of succession. If the father/mother of Clarisse Dayne only sired women, it's natural that there'd be a Lady. Gerold the Golden inherited Casterly Rock from his niece, for example.

I think WOIAF mentions that all Dornish houses practice Cognatic succession, something they adopted from the Rhoynar. Stone/sand/salt dornish are not that big cultural differences, more ethnic ones that were only created by Daeron I. So there is no reason that Dornish houses would not practice it. Unless they specifically say that one house practices the old agnatic-cognatic succession method (like how Blackwoods still follow the Old Gods).
Anyway, rather than changing the lore entirely, just changing which sibling is older seems easier.
Also, probably not the place to have this discussion.

GRRM said long ago in an interview or at a con that all Dornish houses practice the Rhoynar inspired succession when it comes to females. It's recorded somewhere in the SSM archives at westeros.org, I don't have the link for it but it's what we used as evidence when the issue of Stone Dornish inheritance law first came up years ago and nothing in canon has contradicted it yet that I'm aware of.

A couple of minor suggestions that don't warrant their own thread.
Introduce dragon clutches were a dragon lays more than one egg. I don't understand why some of the bastards of Aegon the unworthy are high valyrian and some are western valyrian. Could that be changed or could someone tell me how I edit Bittersteel? I can get around the girls but he always defaults back to western valyrian. Have a marrying option for Daario Naharis and Daenarys Introduce a “drop of dragon's blood” trait, something like “mirza” if the character's grandfather was a targ. It would improve their likelihood of dragon taming. If playing the king or a high lord like a lord paramount give the option to legimize other people's bastards. Introduce Dragon events were Silverwing, Sheepstealer and Cannibal could pop up like the Stark children. Change Nettles graphical culture to dornish. She is mentioned as brown skinned. Change the base portraits. I think Crusader Kings have moved on and there are much better options now.
Love the mod. Been playing years now.

Some of Aegon IV bastards are graphically western valyrian so they could have different hair and eye color. If however in game they are listed as western valyrian, it is probably bug.

The others always change back.
