One that's not just the event from the artifact management menu. Because nobody apparently wants to buy one.
And I'd like to be able to choose who I am selling one to.

If you do a targeted decision it would be easy just set a condition where the character needs enough money to be able to buy it. Then that would fire a chain of events giving you the gold and them the sword. I’m not positive of the conditions when selling from the artifact menu but I imagine that the character needs 800 gold and the ambition get Valyrian steel sword. If you commented out the ambitions in the event file you could sell it to anyone with enough money.

Read the Wikipedia page on decisions it tells you everything you need to know(props to who ever took the time to document all that info!). For some very simple examples I would look at the targeted decisions file in sketchy cheat menu, they are great examples of simplistic decisions that are easy to follow. Then exspanded from there.

Na, it looks like a lot but if you have a basic understanding of all the files everything pieces together quite nicely.
